If so, I would like to help you. Many of the people I meet have already tried various therapists, undergone rehab for an extended period, or struggle with injuries that reoccur after rest or breaks.

The body prefers to move in a certain way, and if you always return to the same pattern or constantly irritate structures to inflammation, I work with your movement pattern.

First, I relieve and alleviate pain. Then I teach you the new pattern where your body is strongest before we gradually increase tolerance and capacity.

If you happen to be dealing with severe injuries from accidents, I always recommend a physical examination by a healthcare professional to assess any structural damage before we begin our rehabilitation.

First, we need to assess whether your pain is something I can assist you with. Often, simply treating the pain may not help if the pain is caused by a pattern in how you use your body. This can be as simple as overtraining or changing the pattern so that the structures causing discomfort are not overloaded each time.
